We must write and tell you how thrilled we were by both the food and level of service you and your team delivered for our Sunday luncheon party. You had talked about client expectation - never in a million years did we expect such a stressless and seamfree service. The food was wonderful both in quality and diversity - you handled all our guests requests with charm and ease - everybody was of the opinion the catering was sensational. The dessert was a special triumph both in method of delivery but also the quality of the fruit. Alan and I were on a high for 3 days - can we ask more?

50th Birthday Celebrations
I wanted to take the opportunity to thank you and your team for providing such a wonderful meal recently at Doug's 50th.
The whole evening was exceptional and attracted numerous compliments from our friends. We were delighted with the standard of cuisine and the outstanding level of service. Nothing was too much trouble and we were particularly impressed with the flexibility in the timings, as the weather was so lovely our guests enjoyed having champagne and canapes outside for longer than we had anticipated. Had I been catering the evening I am sure this would have been stressful, but you were all so relaxed and the meal arrived perfectly.

Ian and I would like to congratulate you all on the excellent food and service we were treated to at our son Richard and daughter-in-law Laura’s wedding at Thrumpton.
The staff were all immaculately presented and polite, and JC’s expertise and professional management of the event was remarked upon by everyone. Most impressive was the impeccable timing of the service, with the emphasis on serving the whole table together. My husband attends many first class Corporate functions and has seldom seen such quality of service.
The food was perfect from beginning to end, from the delicious cold starter to the wonderfully hot main course with crisp fresh vegetables, followed by a dessert which both looked and tasted magnificent. Everything was prepared and cooked to perfection and presented so effortlessly.
So thank you for your major contribution to a wonderful wedding.

Red Olive's contribution to the success of our daughter's wedding was immense.
So many of our guests, including those who socialise extensively, have said it was the best food and service they have experienced at an event.
Your waiting staff were also exceptional - young, nicely presented, polite and efficient; they are a credit to you. Your policy of never using agency staff certainly pays dividends.
Jane and I have eaten in very many Michelin starred restaurants, particularly in France, and we are both of the opinion, that the food you served on Saturday bore reasonable comparison with some of them. For food served to 113 people at the same time that is a remarkable achievement. And, we can say with absolute confidence, that JC's standard of service was equally as good as we've experienced at any of them. You make a wonderful team.

Thank you so much for the wonderful job you did catering for my parents Golden wedding last weekend. I can't fault anything - it was wonderful.
The food scored '11 out of 10' with the guests, the beef was 'perfect', the cheese souffle 'a revelation' and the autumn pudding left them speechless.
JC and the staff on Saturday were wonderful -efficient, discreet, thoroughly proffessional and JC's decoration of the room was absolutely beautiful.
I have been lapping up thanks and praise from the guests but I know where the credit is really due, so thank you very much.

Variously described as,'the best I've ever seen at a wedding' to 'fine cusine and dining not normally experienced at such a large gathering' to wonderment at 'how such an outstanding meal could be produced in a marquee, however, slendid'. By the way no small part of the splendour was in your very attractive and impressive table settings and presentation.
No less has been the tribute to excellent service. JC was outstanding throughout and your staff were beautifully turned out, polite, pleasent, very presentable and always with a charming smile and helpful manner.
