We just wanted to say a huge thank you to all of your staff for the amazing food and service we experienced from Red Olive on our wedding day. From the outset all the menu changes and alterations were dealt with swiftly. On the day, Richard was a great front of house. He was calm, organized and went above and beyond by doing some announcing for us! But the food - was such a high quality. Many of our guests have contacted us to comment on how good the food was and to find out more information about your company. It was perfect temperature, and better than any restaurant meal I've had.
I'm sure you get lot's of positive feedback, but I was so impressed and would be happy to give a testimonial on your website.

Thank you so much for looking after us brilliantly last night. We had a fabulous party and all the ingredients were spot on. The beef was delicious, the service seemed to be incredibly slick and I really think everybody enjoyed themselves hugely.
When we first thought about having a party I thought we would go down the party planner route but I am highly relieved we did not. For me the important thing was that I could get on with all the different teams of people who were contributing to the event and feel confident that they would all work together. From my point of view everybody was so helpful and professional that I could forget to worry and concentrate on enjoying myself. Thank you very much it was a great evening.

I just wanted to say a massive THANK YOU for everything that you guys did on Friday night. Richard was an absolute star and was so helpful and professional at every stage. The food looked great and the fact that they went up for thirds at the buffet speaks for itself! All the staff were presentable, friendly and efficient.
If we ever have another event in Nottingham area then we will of course love to work with you again.

All your team were so professional yet charming in their dealings with us and our guests and all in all, you were a major player in making our day so very, very special. We can't thank you enough!

Sorry for the delay in responding, we only got back from honeymoon at the weekend.

Well you cooked up another storm for us last night, huge thanks to you ALL!!!
JC – as ever the consummate professional, I don’t know where I would be without you (probably sitting in a corner rocking quietly going slightly mad actually!), you make it all appear so effortless (though I DID catch a glimpse of a stress at one stage and have never seen the stress change so instantly to a smile when asked if you were ok!!)
Charlie & Eamonn – The food was delicious. Everyone I spoke to loved the starter and by the time I had finished running around the empty main course plates spoke for themselves – my neighbour devoured most of mine as well as his own!!! You are incredible to feed so many so well.
Service Team – Fantastic! Once again many comments on the attentive and friendly service and efficiency. Very impressed with how quickly a meal was changed from a meat to a veggie with no dramas and lightening speed on my table.
We very much hope we can work with you again at the next ball, once we have a venue and a date in mind we will be in touch for an idea of costings etc.
Huge thanks again for all your efforts, a resounding success I think!!

Red Olive's contribution to the success of our daughter's wedding was immense.
So many of our guests, including those who socialise extensively, have said it was the best food and service they have experienced at an event.
Your waiting staff were also exceptional - young, nicely presented, polite and efficient; they are a credit to you. Your policy of never using agency staff certainly pays dividends.
Jane and I have eaten in very many Michelin starred restaurants, particularly in France, and we are both of the opinion, that the food you served on Saturday bore reasonable comparison with some of them. For food served to 113 people at the same time that is a remarkable achievement. And, we can say with absolute confidence, that JC's standard of service was equally as good as we've experienced at any of them. You make a wonderful team.
