To be fair we had expected no less from a company with your reputation. However what we did not expect was the air of supreme relaxed competence that JC lent over the whole evening. He just took over and glided over the entire proceedings with his ever vigilant eye, never missing the tiniest detail.It meant we could relax and enjoy our daughters wedding.Thank you JC

I would like to thank you for the excellent catering at our daughter, Jo's,wedding.
It really met and exceeded our expectations, and I have to admit that we are known for being somewhat demanding. You may be pleased to hear that we have had many various compliments on the quality of the canapes and excellence of the dinner. Variously described as,'the best I've ever seen at a wedding' to 'fine cusine and dining not normally experienced at such a large gathering' to wonderment at 'how such an outstanding meal could be produced in a marquee, however, slendid'. By the way no small part of the splendour was in your very attractive and impressive table settings and presentation.
No less has been the tribute to excellent service. JC was outstanding throughout and your staff were beautifully turned out, polite, pleasent, very presentable and always with a charming smile and helpful manner.
In all you looked after us extremely well and I only hope I may find the opportunity to enjoy another such occasion with you.

It was pure magic! Just the most fantastic day and the wonderful thing was everyone- all our guests- felt the same.
Red Olive played such a massive part in making the day so very exciting that I don't feel I can thank you enough!
I have had so many letters, cards & emails and phone calls from delighted guests and ALL ofthem mention the food and service. How brilliant is that?
It's such a shame we can't do it again!
But believe me I am looking for any excuse because that day was what life is about - laughter, love and family and friends ( and dancing!)

I have had so many wonderful letters about the wedding and everyone was so complimentary about the lovely food. I think a lot of people have had bad experiences of outside catering and were so pleased to have a well thought out hot meal.
A wonderful touch was the young man dispatched to give us Champagne at the foot of the steps during the photos. So welcome to the bridal party.
Cannot thank you enough and would repeat the experience tomorrow if I could. The staff were polite, efficient and professional despite the unavoidable hitches that ensued.

Well, what can I say, you surpassed my expectations, I was absolutely delighted with the catering on Thursday evening. I received many compliments from customers about the standard and quality of the food, it was excellent. I know it was no mean feat to deliver on Thursday given the logistics and challenges the Castle presented and you were well aware of my concerns! It was a truly wonderful evening.
