The creator and driving force of The Red Olive. Charlie has over 30 years of experience in the catering industry from training at Le Gavroche to creating dishes for Royalty. Charlies passion for perfection means that every event runs seamlessly time after time. With a social nature like Charlies it means that although he works hard, he certainly plays hard too! All of this wouldn’t be possible without the constant support Charlie receives from his wife, Sarah and his three lovely boys.

Andy got thrown in at the deep end starting work for Red Olive in the height of our busy period – he soon showed us his calm and confident attitude and his since only exceeded our expectations. Andy takes traditional English dishes and twins them with modern and fresh ideas, creating the best of both worlds!
When Andy isn’t at work he is training to run a marathon for Rheumatoid Arthritis Research or running after his two children, Alfie and Poppy.

Cat joined Red Olive in Spring 2015 and has since seen nothing but praise and compliments from our clients. With her eye for detail, calming nature and years of event experience she is exactly what you need to make sure your event runs smoothly. We all know that this industry is not the best for free time but when Cat does get some time off she makes the most of it! If you want to try out a new restaurant or find a nice bar to prop up, Cat is your personal Tripadvisor, she’s done them all!

Hannah came to Red Olive in 2014 and knows the business inside out. Always happy and positive, she is the perfect person to guide our clients through the event planning process, there has never been a problem Hannah can’t solve! With a background in design, Hannah is highly creative with a sharp eye for detail and is the driving force behind our social media and website, and as if that wasn’t enough, she also styles events for friends in her spare time! When Hannah isn’t planning or styling events, she can mostly be found in the pub sampling the Gins or planning her next short break…the girl loves to travel!

Jane has been with The Red Olive for over 7 years and is our “go-to-girl” for all things money! If you can’t find something or need an answer to your question, there is a good chance that Jane is already a step ahead of you. Like all family units they are held together by their Mum and The Red Olive family is no exception! But, Jane isn’t always as “prim and proper” as we make out, you can often find her with a large G & T in hand (Hendricks, only the best for Lady Jane!)

Tim is our longest standing Red Olive member (except for CT of course!) His positive and “can do” attitude mean that the kitchen and office are constantly battling over the custody of this hard worker! Whether he is creating canapes or packing vans you can always trust Timmy to get the job done. We all look forward to hearing what joke he will come out with next (although some of them you wish you hadn’t heard!)

Kat came to Red Olive for work experience and straight away we clocked her ability and sunny nature. It’s very rare to find such a young girl who can cope with the demands of a busy kitchen but Kat never looks fazed – especially with that cheeky grin she constantly has on her face! In 2016 Kat was awarded Bronze in her first Hotel Olympia competition, we knew she was a good’un.
