&lt;p&gt;We are very pleased to announce that as from April 1st 2012 Red Olive Catering will be the sole caterer at Tissington Hall.&lt;/p&gt;

			<title>Meynell Hunt Ball</title>

			<description>&lt;p&gt;MEYNELL HUNT BALL&lt;br/&gt;VENUE-ALREWAS HAYES STAFFORDSHIRE&lt;br/&gt;26th March 2011&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Last Saturday we catered for the Meynell Hunt Ball held at Alrewas Hayes in staffordshire run by Toby and Bonnie Williams. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;500 guests attended the event.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The menu comprised of:&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Champagne reception&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Starter&lt;/strong&gt;-Chicken liver parfait with home made chutney&lt;br/&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Main Course-&lt;/strong&gt;Daube of British Beef with mashed &amp;amp; Roast potatoes, green beans bundles and truned carrots&lt;br/&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Dessert- &lt;/strong&gt;Lemon tart with raspberry coulis&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;This was a new venue for the hunt and I am sure they must have impressed as this is a fantastic venue for numbers ranging from as little as 30 to circa 600 people.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;We enjoyed working with both Alrewas and the Meynell Hunt.&lt;/p&gt;

			<title>Food Hygiene report</title>

			<description>&lt;p&gt;We were visited by our local Environmental Health Officer (EHO) with out warning to do a standard audit on our kitchen premises.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Although we had to do minor alterations to our systems we were delighted to be awarded the full 5 stars. Derby city council operate a scores on the doors system that can be found on the internet so anybody who does not keep their kitchens clean will not be able to hide.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;This is particulary pleasing as Eamonn our Head chef tirlessly keeps the kitchen in a spotless state as well as recording all relevant information. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;EHO have a huge responability to make sure that all catering establishments are fit for serving the customers and these days we spend alot more time keeping records of all production on &amp;amp; off site.&lt;/p&gt;

			<title>10 years in Business</title>

			<description>&lt;h6&gt;&lt;span style=&quot;color: #666666; font-size: 11px; font-weight: normal;&quot;&gt;At the end of this month we will have been in business for 10 years which to some is not a great amount of time but is still something to be proud of. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/h6&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Our team continue to work extremely hard to achieve our customers expectatiojns.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;July 2010 turned out to be our biggest month to date in both number of different jobs and turnover since starting the business in 2001 and  for 2011/12 looks like being our best to date.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;It is even more pleasing that we have had so many letters from our clients saying how well they were looked after and the quality of the food and service really making their day.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;We are looking forward to another successful summer and are virtually fully booked for Saturdays from the 1st April-end of August 2011.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I might add that there are many Fridays and Sundays free at present.&lt;/p&gt;

			<title>Quorn Hunt Ball, 29th January 2011</title>

&lt;h6&gt;&lt;span style=&quot;color: #666666; font-size: 11px; font-weight: normal;&quot;&gt;In January 2011 we catered for the prestigious Quorn Hunt Ball.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/h6&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Almost 650 guests turned up in all their finery to enjoy a 3 course meal of smoked salmon salad, barbary duck breast and a chocolate and caramel pudding with raspberry coulis and a dried orange tuille .&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Kingsmeade Marquees in Leicestershire ericted an enormous marquee which included a huge dance floor, 60 round tables, 2 bar areas and a stage for the band.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Gorilla events managed the bar areas.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The party carried on well into the early hours of the morning.&lt;/p&gt;

			<title>Aviva UK Sports Awards Dinner</title>

&lt;/h5&gt;&lt;p&gt;Red Olive Catering were delighted to be asked to cater for the prestigeous UK Sports Awards dinner on the 4th December 2010 sponsored by Aviva.&lt;/p&gt;&amp;#13;
&lt;p&gt;The event was held at Loughbrough University in The Sir David Wallace Sports Hall and was attended by 400 guests.&lt;/p&gt;&amp;#13;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Our Chef Eamonn created the following :&lt;br/&gt;Menu&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&amp;#13;
&lt;h1&gt;&amp;#13;
&lt;h2&gt;&amp;#13;
&lt;h3&gt;&amp;#13;
&lt;h4&gt;&amp;#13;
&lt;h5&gt;&amp;#13;
&lt;h6&gt;&lt;span style=&quot;font-weight: normal;&quot;&gt;Golden smoked salmon with shaved fennel and horseradish dressing&lt;br/&gt;...........&lt;br/&gt;Chump of Welsh Lamb with a redcurrant Jus, baby glazed carrots, green beas wrapped in pancetta and chateau potatoes&lt;br/&gt;..........&lt;br/&gt;Chocolate teardrop filled with a blood orange mousse and garnished with cranberry compote and orange tuille&lt;br/&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/h6&gt;&amp;#13;
&lt;h6&gt;The event was a huge success for all concerned.&lt;/h6&gt;&amp;#13;
