Food Hygiene report

We were visited by our local Environmental Health Officer (EHO) with out warning to do a standard audit on our kitchen premises.

Although we had to do minor alterations to our systems we were delighted to be awarded the full 5 stars. Derby city council operate a scores on the doors system that can be found on the internet so anybody who does not keep their kitchens clean will not be able to hide.

This is particulary pleasing as Eamonn our Head chef tirlessly keeps the kitchen in a spotless state as well as recording all relevant information. 

EHO have a huge responability to make sure that all catering establishments are fit for serving the customers and these days we spend alot more time keeping records of all production on & off site.
