Service Staff Information

All our Service Staff are employed and trained by ourselves to increase their customer focus; we do not use agency staff.

Our service team are totally professional, polite and well mannered and committed to providing an excellent service.

Our staff uniform consists of:  a black shirt, a silver tie, black trousers, black shoes and a full-length black or dark green apron.

All our events are supervised by Jean-Christian Gouy de Muyncke (Front of House Manager) or Charles Thellusson (Head Chef/Director)

We take great pride and care in all aspect of service in order to exceed our customer’s expectations on every occasion.
